Meet Jasmine

After working in corporate health for over 10 years, H&L’s founder, Jasmine Allen, saw first hand the potential for preventative health programs to help people address health problems before they become chronic conditions.

 

Jasmine’s experience running health improvement and exercise programs for Fortune 200 companies made her realize that these benefits should be available and affordable for all companies and individuals.

 

Jasmine has a degree in Exercise Science (Health and Human Performance) from the University of Louisville and a background in Exercise Physiology. She specializes in helping people identify the right strategies to meet their health goals in an attainable manner. Jasmine is also licensed to administer biometric screening tests.

 

She finds purpose and joy in helping others live healthy lives, uninhibited by limiting beliefs or habits. In her “free time”, she enjoys chasing after her twin boys with her husband.

We believe in taking a practical and balanced approach to nutrition, and will provide you with meal plans and recipes that make healthy eating enjoyable. There are no “bad” foods, just bad diets!

3. Lifestyle

We are your partners in accountability, and will work with you to construct lifestyle changes that make wellness a daily practice.
