Mid April Check- In

Goodbye March... Hello April!

I don’t know about y’all, but February and March FLEW by for the Allens...

It seems like Christmas was just yesterday, right?!

We're now on chapter 4 of 12! For those of you (like me) who live in the midwest where the winter is brutal, dreary, and ungodly cold-- we're one month closer to the warmth of summer :) Those of you who live in year-round warm weather states.... we envy you!!! Speaking of warm weather... How are you preparing for your beach vacation this summer?! Pool days with friends?! Or just spending more time in the great outdoors with your family?! If you want to see results in June, July, and August--you need to start working/setting those fitness goals NOW! Here’s a challenge to keep you moving in mid April: 1. Workout/ Move (cardio, walking, strength training, etc.) 3-4x/ week for 30 minutes 2. Meal prep for 2-3 days each week in April 3. Eat out less 4. Increase water consumption 5. Get more sleep! 6. Believe you CAN do it!
